Purchased curtains advertised to be "Blackout" curtains. Took 3 weeks to arrive and when they finally do, I find out that a flashlight can shine right through then. They cant block out the street lamp outside my bedroom. Paid $8.99 postage for them to ship it to me, now they want $9.99 postage for me to ship it back if I want a refund. What a scam, they lie about the characteristics of their product, then force you to pay to return it. Recommend you do not shop at this site.
This company does not stand behind anything they sell. You have 60 days from shipment for them to RECEIVE a return back. If it fails, doesn't work properly, or in any way requires repair after that, your problem.
You can spend $650 on an office chair, and have start degassing on day 65, oh well, you didn't return it on time. Would you like to order a new chair? Seriously? They don't even offer a discount on a replacement!
Stay away for your own good. Absolute WORST in customer service.
I know, buyer beware, but I thought the chair was a pretty color. Seriously, there are a LOT better websites out there.

I placed an order for patio cushions in April. I have received 3 emails saying they were arriving on 3 different dates. When I've called about the order EVERY agent is RUDE. They say do you want to cancel the order? Ahhhhhh no. I want to know when you will honor your committment. Turn to any other company!
Don't expect a full refund as you get a gift card toward their store. Also exchange process is ridiculous as never got my exchange and been over 2 months.
Shipping extremely slow at a month... I understand covid but other companies don't have that long of a delay.
Getting any associate on phone is a normal 40+ minute wait.
Please do not shop at Brylane home. I stayed on the phone up to an hour and still never got to speak to anyone about an order whose status of NOT SHIPPED remain unchanged for up to 3 weeks. They also have not refunded me the cost of my order.
Take my advice. Do NOT order from BrylaneHome.com.
I ordered a recliner from them on 5/1. We received half of it on Monday 5/17. I called Fed Ex on Monday when we opened the box and discovered we only had the bottom half of the chair. They said the shipment was only one piece and they didn't have any other tracking numbers for me.
After I waited on hold for Brylane Home customer service for 56 minutes, I was told that even though FedEx had no other tracking numbers and considered my package delivered, I had to wait 12 days before they would consider it lost. I found that an unacceptable answer and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor told me I had to wait until Friday to see if the shipment arrived.
This afternoon I called back. After holding for over an hour, I was told that I need to wait until tomorrow because today was the fifth business day. Unacceptable, ask for supervisor. Supervisor informs me that FedEx delivers until 8:00 local time so they still have 5 hours to deliver it.
I tell him I know for a fact that there is no way it's coming today, but okay, what happens when I call back in 5 hours & wait another hour on hold? What will you do for me then?
They will send me a return label. I have to ship the half they delivered back. Because... get this... they don't ship out parts. Um, the heck you don't, because I have had part of a chair in my living room for 5 days now.
So, when I get the label, ship it back, pray to the warehouse gods that they actually receive and process it, then and only then will I get my money back.
Do not buy from this company. I made a return and it was rejected . The company advised that it was too late to make the return and they would be sending me the item back. That was 3 months ago. When I call them, not only did I have to wait On hold for 30 minutes But the customer service representative was very rude. He informed me that they have no way to track the item if it was sent back to the customer. That is very stupid. Good customer service would be to ensure that the customer received the item in return and not just leave the customer out there hanging to find out where the package is . The item was over $300. Why wouldn't you track it or verify that you received the item to begin with. I will NEVER buy from them again. And I refuse to pay for an item that I don't have. I have perfect credit, this won't hurt. I'm willing to take the hit because they don't deserve my hard earned money!
I like Brylanehome’s products but I will never do business with them again. The trash can I purchased a month ago arrived damaged. When I did reach customer service (which took two days), the agent was just short of rude and annoyed about helping me. To date I have received neither a replacement nor a refund. Just not worth the trouble to shop with them.
I am very dissatisfied with brylane home. They are giving customers a delivery date of about 7 to 10 day. The customer service supervisor is saying it will 20 business day which is a month's time. They are allowing people to order without giving them a honest time frame. Horrible business ethic.
I ordered a chafing dish and received a peacock wind chime. After reading the return directions on the paper I see that they only return the money for the item returned and I will be charged $9.99 for shipping. I find that unacceptable especially when it is there error. They just take the item back and don't even offer to send out the correct item. Poor customer service. I won't be ordering another chafing dish from them.
Not only is it very difficult to get a hold of anyone at this company, but when you finally do, they keep pushing the date further and further to when you MIGHT possibly get your order. They are horrendous! It should not take over a month for them to just start the process of working on an order, before they even ship it! Why are they so slow? I would never order from the again. A horrible company.

Their comforter arrived several days later, but their bedspread did not. I called customer service after a week and was told that I had to wait another week, to see if the order would still arrive. I waited and called them a week later and was now told that I had to wait a full month before they would call it lost. It was obviously lost, but that reality did not matter to the company, or that this was a gift. Now a month later and three waiting-on-line calls, after my initial order, they have finally admitted it actually never shipped. They credited back the cost of the item. I reordered the same item and asked them to waive the shipping charges since I had never received the item and it took three calls and a month to establish that fact. They would not do that. They offered nothing and were not even apologetic. They appear to not care about customer satisfaction or having reasonable, timely, workable rules. I would never order from BrylaneHome again and suggest you don't either.
I called to find out why and no one could give an explanation that made sense so I requested to cancel the order, to which they refused even though the items weren't processed or shipped. I called my bank to stop payment and once they realized this they updated the status of the items to "shipped" and used another name to charge my account. Fast forward, and it's been over a week since they claimed the items were "shipped" but nothing was actually shipped.
The tracking number they provided states "FedEx label created" and the status went back to "ready to go" please read the reviews on this company before you become a victim of this scam, their fraudulence is well documented throughout the internet. Please be aware!!!!

Scam, report to BBB or attorney general ASAP. Everything from changing the quoted price, to over a month shipping, false charges to your card and not canceling orders
